2024 Software Defined Factory: State of the Art Edition is centered around the live implementation of a software-defined robotics / programmable logic controller (PLC) automation example case from the ground-up.

We go from basic programming and commissioning to global remote collaboration, and backup and versioning over to data gathering, aggregation, and AI use cases. The concrete value is outlined in parallel to the use case and augmented by customer examples outlining real-world value generation.

Together with our ecosystem partners United Manufacturing Hub, FLECS, Selmo, and AWS for Industrial, we compiled a full solution to bring existing factories toward a software-defined world.
